  The 4 chalets are clean as long as you don’t look at the light shades!! They do however overlook a building construction site rather than the outlook portrayed on the site. Certainly not worth the money you are paying.

  The lake which was more like a puddle (even after record rain fall) and was not as close to the chalets as indicated. I wouldn’t put myself let alone my kids in the canoe that I don’t think has been used in many years.

  The people running the chalets were completely rude and unaccommodating. We had a visitor looking for us and when she spoke to the caretakers, she was turned away quite rudely saying that no one by our name was staying there.

  No Wi-Fi No TV not recommended for Kids. NO access to sliding doors. well over priced, would not rush back...

  The website is a complete mis-representation. There is absolutely NO wi-fi available infact there is no phone reception. Although the guest information states that you are permitted to use the office wi-fi, when asked, we were directed to Pemberton (a mere 25 minute drive away) and were not permitted to use it.

  The chalets are very sweet and well located for exploring around the Pemberton region. Lots to like they are reasonably big for what they are and they have pretty much everything you need. I thought they were slightly expensive, the bed was not terribly comfortable, and the shower was underwhelming, but on the whole they are a nice getaway spot.

  I would not stay here again and would certainly not recommend it to anyone else. I am very familiar with the area and have stayed at many other places that would rate much higher in my reviews.
